By agreeing to this statement you acknowledge that there are no guarantees this will result in successful matchmaking, and there is no monetary compensation owed you.

By using our site and/or any affiliate services, you acknowledge neither DS nor its affiliated sponsors, venues, or partners will be held liable for any meetings or connections you make with individuals through our community or services.”

DateSynonymous withholds the right to discontinue or deny participation to any member or pending member for any reason, including misuse of account, abuse or mistreatment of community members, or not withholding community member standards.
